Academy Policies
Detailed operational guidelines to ensure a seamless and disciplined learning experience for all.
Enrollment & Registration
- Trial Classes: All new students are entitled to one free trial session to assess their level and meet the teacher.
- Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable registration fee applies to all new enrollments.
- Payment Schedule: Tuition fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
Attendance & Scheduling
- Punctuality: Students are expected to be online 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up class.
- Make-up Classes: Missed classes with valid notice can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to teacher availability.
- No-Shows: Unexcused absences will be counted as paid classes and cannot be made up.
Privacy & Data
- Data Protection: Student personal information is strictly confidential and used only for academy purposes.
- Session Recording: Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes with prior consent.
- Communication: All official communication should be done through the academy's official channels (WhatsApp/Email).
